Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy (“Policy”) governs refunds, cancellations, disputes, and chargebacks for all products and services purchased from KP Cybers (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) via https://kpcybers.com, online payment gateways, or direct invoicing.

By completing a payment, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this Policy.


1. DIGITAL SERVICES – FINAL SALE POLICY

Due to the nature of digital services and intangible goods, all purchases are deemed final and non-returnable, except as expressly stated in this Policy.

KP Cybers does not offer refunds or returns once:

  • A service has been initiated
  • Resources have been allocated
  • Work has commenced
  • A domain or hosting service has been registered, activated, or provisioned

This policy complies with digital goods provisions under major payment gateway terms.


2. NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS & SERVICES

The following are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable once payment is processed:

  • Domain name registration, renewal, or transfer
  • Web hosting, cloud hosting, VPS, or server provisioning
  • Web development, app development, CMS, or custom software once initiated
  • Networking, MIS, security audits, and IT consulting services
  • Third-party licenses, tools, subscriptions, or APIs purchased on behalf of the client
  • Any service partially or fully delivered

Once a domain or hosting service is registered or activated, no refund or chargeback shall be permitted.


3. LIMITED REFUND ELIGIBILITY

A refund may be considered only under the following strict conditions:

  1. The project has not been initiated, meaning:
    • No work has started
    • No planning, design, development, or configuration has begun
    • No internal or external resources have been allocated

OR

  1. Domain or hosting registration has not been completed and:
    • No third-party fees have been incurred
    • No provisioning or activation has taken place

All refund requests are subject to verification and sole discretion of KP Cybers.


4. NO PARTIAL REFUNDS

KP Cybers does not provide partial refunds for:

  • Milestone-based projects once a milestone has begun
  • Delays caused by client non-responsiveness or lack of required inputs
  • Change of mind after project initiation

5. REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURE (DISPUTE-COMPLIANT)

To be eligible for a refund review, the client must:

  1. Submit a written refund request via the official KP Cybers email
  2. Include:
    • Proof of payment
    • Invoice or transaction ID
    • Service or project reference
  3. Submit the request within 7 calendar days of payment

Failure to follow this process may result in rejection of the request.


6. PAYMENT GATEWAY DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

To comply with payment gateway dispute policies:

  • Clients must contact KP Cybers first to resolve any billing concerns
  • Filing a chargeback or dispute without prior communication constitutes a breach of this Policy

KP Cybers reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate all services immediately
  • Submit evidence including contracts, invoices, logs, emails, and this Policy to the payment processor
  • Contest chargebacks where services have been initiated or delivered

Any chargeback fees imposed by the payment gateway may be recovered from the client where legally permitted.


7. REFUND METHOD & PROCESSING TIME

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method, subject to gateway rules
  • Processing time typically ranges from 7 to 14 business days
  • Payment gateway fees, transaction charges, and currency conversion fees are non-refundable

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES DISCLAIMER

KP Cybers acts as an intermediary for certain third-party services. Refunds for such services are governed exclusively by the respective third party’s policies.

KP Cybers is not liable for:

  • Third-party service failures
  • Refund denials by external providers
  • Policy changes made by third parties

9. FRAUD PREVENTION & ABUSE

Refunds or disputes suspected to be fraudulent, abusive, or malicious may result in:

  • Permanent service suspension
  • Blacklisting from future services
  • Legal action where applicable

10. POLICY UPDATES

KP Cybers reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon publication on the Website.
